Purchases of 1-2 month supply must request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request within thirty (30) days of the order date.

Purchases of a 3+ month supply must request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request within thirty (90) days of the order date.

Any product(s) to be returned must be received at ProBLEN within fourteen (14) days of receiving an (RMA)

Returns must arrive with all used and unused portions of the supplements.

Orders may be returned with one month supply used for a full refund. Any additional used bottles will be deducted from refund at per-unit price.

Returned products must be shipped with tracking capabilities at the customer’s risk and expense.

A refund credit will be issued according to the payment method received (credit card, check, etc.) by ProBLEN within fourteen (14) days of receipt of items.

Refunds are issued for the amount of the product at the time of sale, less shipping & handling.

Partial Returns of Combination Packages will be refunded according to the adjustment made by calculating the current price of the individual product that is not returned.

Orders canceled after being processed will be charged a 5.00 processing fee
